Amanatsu, organically grown in Kagawa Prefecture, lemon juice, and sugar are the only ingredients of Organic Amanatsu & Lemon Jam. You will notice that this spread has marmalade bitterness as it is made using the whole Amanatsu citrus. When you take a spoonful of this spread, you will see its fine bitterness linger in your mouth, and then the refreshing lemon flavor flawlessly clears the flavor from your palate. This spread is great with toast, scones, and any kinds of bread you have on the table, drizzled over ice cream, mixed into cocktails, and more. It is also a great addition to a charcuterie board! Wow your guests with Japanese inspired cheese plate at your next party. No additives, such as thickening agents, artificial flavors, preservatives, or artificial seasonings, are used. Non-GMO.
